Rudolf P Muller

 

 

Rudolf is the CEO of Muller Electronic Industries, and a presenter at national and international conferences and workshops on topics of Organisational Development, Change Management and Knowledge Management. He currently engages in a string of Leadership Development and Micro-Intervention workshops with interested teams and/or staff members across several Queensland Government Departments and conducts international workshops in the austral-asia region. He holds several advanced academic qualification in 3 countries.

Rudolf is an executive member of the Queensland Public Service Leadership Lounge, a large community of interest with close to 10,000 public service members. Norm Armstrong

 

Norm has been involved with the Human Resources, Organisational Development and Organisational Change for over thirty years within and external to Australia. He has held a number of senior managerial positions within the Human Resources arena within both the public and private sectors, with a considerable emphasis on the implementation of organisational change and organisational development.  

 Norm is also a trained mediator as well as being an active voluntary member of a crisis telephone counselling service in Brisbane. Although holding academic qualifications, Norm continues to augment his desire for learning by currently undertaking further advanced studies in the counselling area.

 As an executive member of the Queensland Public Service Leadership Lounge, a large community of interest with close to 10,000 public service members, Norm contributes to the ongoing development of leadership within the Public Sector as well as undertaking Micro-Intervention workshops designed to develop and enhance team development in the workplace. 

 Norm has worked in Banking, Finance, Retail Sales, Telstra and in State Government departments as well as conducting his own consultancy service. As co-founder and Managing Director of APDiagnostics, Heidi has a passion for using diagnostic technology to improve organisational performance and the quality of people's working lives. She specialises in quantifying organisational climate/culture and using this information to develop managers and teams, and to improve organisational morale, stress, commitment, absenteeism and turnover.
