Unless stated otherwise shipping is restricted to Australia. Our prefered despatch is via Australia Post. For articles shipped worldwide or to selected countries note that shipping is FOB Brisbane under any circumstances. Refunds:

Refunds and legal parameters for refunds are based on the manufactorer or distributor's conditions for refunds. Whilst we make every effort to mediate between parties we will not be held responsible for software failure, hardware failure, or other defects of the materials. Note that we only represent and promote products of companies that have a clearly defined refund policy and appropriately established processes established.

We will not engage in mediation for refunds after 1 month from purchase date.

 

For refunds of payments made through credit card facilities an account fee of 4 % may be retained.
